3 Months old..... time waits for no man, or puppy.

11/18/09: Well, Carat is now 3 months old, has started to understand verbal cues for the SIT and DOWN behaviours, she is also learning the basics of the behaviours for come, stay, leave it, wait and both formal obedience recall finishes (around and swing). She has continuosly surprised us with her determination and drive. She will 'play retrieve' for about an hour before we stop (to prevent injury). Not bad for only 3 months.

In the video below, a few pieces of meat from roasted chicken thighs gets placed on Carat's feet and she must wait...

2 Months old..... and doing very well.

10/08/09: Well, our little girl is now 2 months old. She has started to learn the SIT and DOWN behaviours and is doing them farily well.

At last, we have our little red fox!

9/27/09: Finally, our little red fox has arrived. She came via Air Canada Cargo from our breeder (LittleRiver Kennels). In the picture below, she is 7 weeks old.

Pictures, at last!!!

9/13/09: Today, we received an email from our breeder (LittleRiver Kennels) containing pictures of our little angel. These images were taken when she was 5 weeks old.

The Puppies Arrive!!!

8/8/09: We received word from our breeder that Dilly had her litter. 4 boys and 2 girls. Hopefully one of the girls will be ours.
